Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026
This policy explains how CricketIQ handles account details, bowling videos, analysis results, and health-related check-in information during the beta.
1. Data We Collect
We collect personal information necessary to provide video analysis services and customized training schedules:
- Account registration information (name, email, age group, profile metrics).
- Fast bowling video uploads (used exclusively for joint tracking and biomechanical analysis).
- Training performance inputs, health check-in indicators, and nutritional profiles.
2. How We Use Data
- Provide account access, video processing, reports, workload guidance, and support.
- Maintain service security, diagnose failures, and prevent abuse.
- Generate personalized plans from information you submit.
CricketIQ does not sell personal data. Athlete videos are not used to train or evaluate pose models unless the athlete, or a parent or guardian where required, gives separate explicit consent.
3. Video Storage and Retention
Uploaded videos and generated evidence are private service data. During the beta, the latest analysis may be retained so it can be reopened. Temporary processing copies and failed uploads are removed through operational cleanup. Retention may vary while the beta infrastructure is being finalized; you may request deletion at any time.
4. Service Providers and International Processing
We use infrastructure and service providers such as Firebase, cloud hosting, and AI API providers to operate CricketIQ. They process data only for the services we request and under their own security and data-processing terms. Data may be processed outside your state or country.
5. Health Information and Minors
Pain, fatigue, sleep, workload, and injury-history inputs are sensitive. They are used to adjust in-app guidance and are not a medical record. Users below the age required to consent in their location must use CricketIQ with a parent or guardian.
6. Security
We use authenticated access, owner checks, transport encryption, and restricted storage rules. No online service can promise absolute security; report suspected unauthorized access immediately.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account, videos, reports, and training data. You may also withdraw any optional research or model-improvement consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
8. Contact
