Welcome to CricketIQ. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use of Video Uploads

You may only upload videos of cricket bowling actions that you own or have the explicit rights to analyze. You may not upload inappropriate, abusive, or copyrighted sports media belonging to third parties without permission.

2. Measurement and Medical Disclaimer

CricketIQ provides estimated 2D movement observations from user-recorded video. Results depend on camera position, frame rate, visibility, and pose tracking. They are not laboratory measurements, ball-speed measurements, injury predictions, medical diagnosis, or guarantees of performance improvement. Stop activity when pain occurs and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate.

3. Account Suspension & Safety

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse our API resources, send spam submissions, or violate waitlist configurations.

4. Beta Availability

Beta features may change, fail, or be withdrawn. Processing time and report availability are not guaranteed. Do not rely on CricketIQ as the sole basis for medical, selection, workload, or return-to-play decisions.

5. Privacy and Model Improvement

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy. Uploading a video for analysis does not grant CricketIQ permission to use it for model training; separate explicit consent is required.

6. Accounts for Young Athletes

If you are below the age required to consent in your location, a parent or guardian must approve your use of CricketIQ and your video uploads.
